Jeremy graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish. His interest had always been in helping those in need which first led him to working with at-risk kids and teens in the foster care system in his home state of Nebraska. Eventually, because of his own experience with physical injuries and the powerful healing potential of bodywork and other body-centered therapies, he became committed to studying and practicing this art on his own. In 2015, he traveled to Sedona, Arizona where he received his basic massage training and went on to receive an advanced certification in Structural Integration, a massage modality which seeks to balance the body in gravity using very specific deep-tissue techniques. He also incorporates passive joint manipulations, myo-skeletal techniques, and other modalities he has picked up along the way. In 2023, Jeremy received his board certification from the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Practicing as a full-time massage therapist since 2015 has provided him with ample learning opportunities and extensive experience with a variety of conditions and pathologies. He is currently working on his Master Myoskeletal Therapist certification from Erik Dalton’s Freedom From Pain Institute. He believes that each person’s nervous system is unique and tailors his approach in therapy to best meet the specific needs of each individual.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys being a father as well as playing his guitar and singing at various venues around Eugene.
